Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round pans; heat milk and butter on medium heat until butter has melted, do not cool.
    Beat eggs with mixer until light and fluffy (about 5 to 7 minutes).
    Slowly add sugar in fourths (still on high.)
    Turn mixer to low and slowly add flour and baking soda mixture; mix well.
    Add milk and butter mixture.
    When combined, add vanilla and mix well.
    Pour into cake pans and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
