Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs
    1 can flake coconut
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream oleo and Crisco.
    Add sugar and egg yolks.
    Add buttermilk and flour alternately.
    Add nuts and coconut.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
