Old Time Christmas Salad (Slaw) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can baby lima beans (Veg-All brand is good)
    1 (15 oz.) can tiny English peas (LeSueur brand is good)
    1 med. cabbage
    1 (7 oz.) bottle horseradish
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate cabbage on coarse side of grater.
    Drain peas and beans thoroughly.
    Mix cabbage, peas and beans together and add 7 tablespoons of horseradish (or more to taste) and mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Will keep for several days.
    Garnish with olives or sliced pimentos.
