Crumbly Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. thin apple slices
1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix white sugar, cinnamon, salt and apple slices in mixing bowl; arrange in pie shell.
Blend brown sugar and flour; cut in butter or margarine with pastry blender until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 400\u00b0 on bottom rack for 35 minutes.
Serve plain or with cream, whipped cream or cheese.
Yields 6 servings.
