Macaroni Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. freshly grated Romano cheese
    4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs well.
    Add the cottage cheese, grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Now, gently toss the elbow macaroni into the mixture.
    Generously grease an 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
    Add the macaroni mixture.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Serves 4 to 6.
