Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    3 sq. chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. hot milk (approximately)
Preparation
    Cream shortening and 1 cup of sugar.
    Melt chocolate over hot water and add along with vanilla and salt.
    Add remaining sugar alternately with milk, until of spreading consistency.
    Beat well after each addition until smooth.
