Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sausage (hot or mild)
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Freezes well, too.
Can take from freezer to microwave for quick breakfasts or snacks.
