Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. peanuts
    7 1/2 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Stir in soda, then stir in peanuts.
    Place corn on a very large shallow pan.
    Pour sugar mixture over corn.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
