Cabbage Or Green Beans With Paprika Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage or green beans
    onion
    clove of garlic
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Boil cabbage, cut in quarters or green beans.
    Add onion and clove of garlic.
    Cover with water and salt to taste.
    When cooked, make a gravy by browning flour in shortening.
    Add paprika and juice from cabbage or beans.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour gravy over cabbage or beans and serve.
