Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 small squash
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 egg
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    Add butter, bouillon, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add well beaten egg and mix.
    Add sour cream.
    Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Make topping of crumbs, cheese and paprika.
    Sprinkle over top of squash.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
