Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chili peppers
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
9 3/4 oz. evaporated milk
6 eggs, beaten slightly
Preparation

Wash, seed and split open chilies.
Place on bottom of an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Layer with Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese. Mix milk and eggs together and pour over cheeses.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting.
