Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
    2 cans store brand biscuits or Pillsbury
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add eggs and cheese to sausage and mix.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Punch out 1 can of biscuits to cover bottom of dish.
    Spread sausage mixture over biscuits.
    Spread second can of rolls out to cover sausage mixture. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
