Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter (room temperature)
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can green chilies (4 oz.), chopped
1 (16 oz.) cream corn
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cream 1/2 cup butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Mix in chilies, corn and cheese.
