Amanda'S Favorite Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. (2 medium) ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in bananas, milk and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and stir by hand just until well blended.
Pour into one 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, greased.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Or makes 24 muffins, baked for 20 minutes.
Recipe doubles easily and freezes well.
