Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put water and butter in pan.
    When this begins to boil, add the
    sugar\tand
    cream
    of\ttartar\twhich
    have been mixed together.
    Bring to boil and as soon as this mixture starts to turn brown on
    the\tedges,\tpour over 3 quarts of popped corn. Stir well.\tPut on waxed paper to cool and break into pieces.
