Sausage Upside-Down Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    2 pkg. corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz. each)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook sausage, onion and green pepper in skillet until sausage is brown and crumbly.
    Stir in flour.
