Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. granulated sugar
1 beaten egg
3 mashed overripe bananas
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add egg.
Add bananas and beat well.
Sift together baking soda, salt and flour and add to wet ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Add nuts to mixture.
Pour batter into a well-greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
