Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. ???

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Will be thick and sort of dry.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
