Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
4 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. pecans
2 c. Cool Whip
1 to 2 pt. fresh or frozen strawberries

Preparation

Cook together milk, eggs and sugar over low heat until thick. Add vanilla and cool.
Spread half the crushed wafers in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Pour cooled milk mixture over wafers.
Layer pecans, 1 cup Cool Whip, strawberries and remaining Cool Whip.
Top with remaining wafer crumbs.
