Zucchini Lasagna(Makes 8 Large Servings.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 1/2 c. tomato sauce, seasoned with oregano, basil and garlic
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Simmer zucchini slices in tomato sauce for 10 minutes.
    Brown meat and add to tomato zucchini mixture.
    Place on a layer of noodles.
    Add a layer of Ricotta cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with a layer of tomato mixture.
    Dribble the olive oil over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
