Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    shredded lettuce
    chopped onion
    chopped tomato
    chopped avocado
    grated cheese
    French dressing
    crumbled Fritos (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, drain and add Ro-Tel. Simmer uncovered until liquid is gone.
    Add drained beans to meat mixture.
    When ready to serve, toss with remaining ingredients.
