Pina Colada Mocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. real cream of coconut
1 1/2 tsp. rum extract
crushed ice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender.
Whirl until well blended. Garnish with pineapple wedge if desired.
Serves 4.
