Souffle(Pinnik Smetanoyu Ta Zbitimi Vershkami) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    6 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 pkg. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat sour cream until frothy.
    Add egg yolks, flour, vanilla and sugar; beat well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into sour cream mixture and put into a greased souffle dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not open oven during baking time.
    When done, serve immediately.
    Beat 1 cup egg whites with 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar until peaks form.
    Serve with souffle.
