Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    minced onion (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel, cut and cook potatoes until done.
    Boil eggs; peel and cut into small pieces.
    Drain potatoes and mix all ingredients together while potatoes are hot.
    I use a lot of pepper to season.
