Huevos Revueltos Ranchos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    2 Tbsp. canned diced green chili peppers, rinsed
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    3 corn tortillas (6 inch)
    1 tsp. cooking oil
    3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    Scrambled eggs
    Bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet cook chopped onion in the 1 tablespoon of oil till tender.
    Stir in undrained tomatoes, chili peppers, chili powder and garlic powder.
    Simmer, uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes or till slightly thickened.
    Meanwhile, place tortillas on a baking sheet; brush lightly with the 1 tsp. of oil.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes or until crisp.
