Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread, cubed
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. cooked ham, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
Preparation

Place bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of bread.
Place ham on top of cheese. Pour melted butter over all.
Beat eggs with mustard, salt and milk.
Pour over casserole.
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before cooking.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until crust forms and is firm.
Serves 10.
