Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain spaghetti; stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Form a crust in 10-inch buttered pie plate.
In skillet, cook meat, onion and green pepper until meat browns and vegetables are tender.
Drain off excess fat; add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Heat.
Next spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust, then spread meat mixture over cottage cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake 5 minutes longer.
