Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. white raisins
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Cream butter, adding sugar gradually. Beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Alternate with pumpkin and water until flour disappears.
Stir in raisins.
Fill greased and floured muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
