Seven Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
    1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium cucumber, sliced
    2 c. red cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 medium sweet yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. red vinegar
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    red pepper rings (garnish)
Preparation
    Layer first 7 ingredients in a 3-quart bowl.
    Mix vinegar and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a wire whisk. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetable layers.
    Sprinkle with cheese; cover and chill.
