Taquitos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can roast beef or meat of choice
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1/2 c. oil
    2 medium avocados, mashed
    1/2 small onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. salsa
Preparation
    Mix avocados, onion, salt and lemon juice.
    Set aside.
    Warm tortillas over fire in skillet or on grill.
    Place roast beef in center of tortillas and roll lengthwise; secure with toothpick. Fry in skillet with oil.
    When done, remove and place on plate with paper towel.
    Serve with avocado mixture or salsa as desired.
