Blueberry Hot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen without syrup)
Preparation
    Beat together eggs and sugar. Add milk and melted butter. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until just combined; do not try to get it smooth. Toss blueberries in a little flour to keep them from sinking to the bottom of the bread. Fold blueberries into mixture. Pour into 2 small, very well greased bread tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
