Peace 'N Plenty Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. shortening
    6 to 8 c. white flour
    3 c. wheat flour
    1 c. sugar
    poppy seed
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    5 eggs
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Heat water, milk and shortening until very warm; shortening doesn't need to melt.
    Combine 3 cups white flour, 1 cup wheat flour, sugar, yeast, baking powder and 5 eggs.
    Pour liquid mixture over this, beating at medium speed, about 3 minutes.
    Add remaining flours gradually.
    Knead until smooth and elastic. Dough is ready for shaping.
