Stephanie'S Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round loaf white bread
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cut bread into cubes by slicing in 2 directions to form crisscross.
    Place bread cubes in ovenproof dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over bread.
    Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan.
    Heat until butter melts, stirring occasionally.
    Pour mixture over bread.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with foil first 30 minutes.
