Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 large hot pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
