Fried Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 to 3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat iron skillet.
    Cover bottom of skillet with oil and coat sides and bottom with corn meal after grease is hot.
    Pour in bread batter.
    Leave on heat until sides of batter cringe.
    Put in 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until brown edged.
    Fry.
    Or drop tablespoons into hot oil (Fry Daddy) until crisp and brown.
