Graham Cracker Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 pinch cream, whipped
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff.
    Add sugar and vanilla; beat well.
    Fold in crumbs and pecans.
    Pour into well-greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and top with cream.
    Chill for 1 hour.
