Ingredients

1 medium pie crust (graham cracker or regular)
15 oz. crushed unsweetened pineapple
1 small carton sour cream
1 pkg. instant vanilla sugar-free pudding
Preparation

Mix pineapple and sour cream. Add dry instant pudding and mix well; pour into crust. Can be topped with whipped topping. Preparation time about 20 minutes.
