Corn Meal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. meal
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. milk (use enough milk to make a drop batter)
Preparation

Sift
dry ingredients together.
Add egg, oil and milk. Beat until
smooth.
Pour
into well-greased muffin tins or a medium skillet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Turn oven back to
400\u00b0 and bake 20 more minutes until golden brown.
Makes 8 medium size muffins.
