Oven-Browned Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fryers, cut up or 8 breasts, remove skin (if desired)
salt, pepper and paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can water
2 oz. can mushrooms and liquid
Preparation

Melt butter in large, flat-bottomed baking pan or casserole dish.
Sprinkle chicken with seasonings.
Place in baking dish and brown, skin side down, for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0 in oven.
Turn pieces and brown 25 more minutes.
