Raspberry And Apple Milk Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat milk
2 Tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate
1 (8 oz.) container raspberry low-fat yogurt
Preparation

In a medium bowl, using a whisk or large fork, combine milk and apple juice concentrate until they are smooth.
You can also shake them in a jar with a tight fitting cover. With a small spoon, stir the yogurt. Add it to the milk and apple juice concentrate.
Stir or shake until smooth and blended.
