Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. lard
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 tsp. anise seed
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 1/2 c. sifted rye flour
    3 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Combine yeast and warm water; set aside.
    Combine next 6 ingredients and then add hot water; cool to lukewarm.
    Mix in rye flour.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Add white flour.
    Knead dough 10 minutes.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch and let rise again.
    Form into 2 loaves and place in greased loaf pans.
    Let rise.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
