Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    4 flour tortillas
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 eggs
    picante sauce to taste
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, scramble sausage until brown.
    Mix in eggs, salt and pepper; scramble until done.
    Heat tortillas (buttered on inside lightly) in microwave or on griddle.
    Dip egg and sausage onto hot tortilla.
    Add picante sauce and cheese.
    Roll and serve. Serves 4.
