Baked Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken, cooked
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Remove chicken from bones. Chop finely. Mix chicken with 1 3/4 cups crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, milk and eggs. Stir in butter. Pour in loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
