Oma'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops, browned
spicy brown mustard
garlic powder or minced garlic
4 to 6 stalks celery, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle chopped celery into roasting pan. Arrange pork chops on top of celery. Spread brown mustard on top of chops. Sprinkle with garlic. Pour tomato sauce over chops. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until tender.
