Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 stick margarine
1 to 1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. flavoring
Preparation

Stir sugar and flour together.
Add milk and egg yolks and heat.
Melt butter in skillet and add coconut.
Brown coconut and add to hot mixture when mixture thickens.
Add flavoring and pour in pie shell.
Beat egg whites and brown.
