Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) can bean dip
2 avocados
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
1 fresh garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 pkg. taco seasoning
diced onions
chopped, seeded tomatoes
chopped canned jalapenos
shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch casserole, spread the bean mixture over the bottom of the dish.
Peel the avocados and put in blender with lemon juice and garlic.
Blend until smooth.
Spread over bean dip.
Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread in a layer over the avocado mixture.
Top this with diced onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped jalapeno peppers (or you may sprinkle with hot salsa or picante sauce and shredded cheese). Serve with tortilla chips to dip with.
