El Dorado Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. onion (can add more)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can sliced black olives
1 can sour cream
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
4 whole canned chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (or Mozzarella cheese)
1 pkg. crushed tortilla chips
2 cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown meat; drain, then add onion, garlic and tomato sauce while still in skillet. In a bowl, combine sour cream and cottage cheese with chilies. Crush chips to cover bottom of well greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Add 1/2 of meat mixture, 1/2 sour cream and cheese mixture, 1/2 olives and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
