Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 - 10 oz. boxes frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 small container sour cream
    2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables for 5 minutes, drain.
    Mix vegetables with next 6 ingredients and put in large baking dish.
    Cover with crushed crackers.
    Melt stick of margarine and drizzle over crackers.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
