Refrigerator Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Cream in all ingredients until smooth. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Top with grated cheese and butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Make the day before!
