Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (3 small per person)
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 to 1 pt. half and half (depending on amount of potatoes)
    1 small onion, chopped finely
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Parboil, do not overcook. Peel when cooled. Grate into a greased Pyrex baking dish.
    Add salt, pepper and onion.
    Dot with butter and pour half and half up the sides of the dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Do not overcook.
